Assisting manager w/ receiving, checking, and entering orders in the inventory system Documenting receipts and submitting necessary information and paperwork to accounting Maintaining security of assets and ensuring proper accounting of all material movements, including issues, receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments Pricing, counting, labeling of inventory parts.
Transporting inventory supplies, parts, materials, etc.
by driving company vehicle to various locations on and off of the mountain in a timely manner Using a fork lift; pallet jack, etc.
, for unloading/loading deliveries.
Unloads and receives deliveries from UPS, Fed-ex, Freight, etc.
Checking packages for damage or defects and ensuring deliveries are for the company.
Scanning in arrival system, Sorting by location; and at times contacting the recipient regarding delivery.
Supports the Mountain Courier by gathering and delivering mail, packages, interoffice paperwork, etc.
Sorting inter-company mail.
Obtains a signatures for package delivery using the mobile scanners and uploads when returning to the arrival system Performs the Mountain Courier duties during the summer months and in his/her absence.
Operating company vehicle safely and lawfully Following all company policies and procedures Obeying all state driving laws at all times Attending company safety training sessions Providing parts counter service to locate items, issue to work orders and business unit accounts, and ensures proper documentation of disbursements Performing physical cycle counts of inventories Reviewing reorder reports to generate replenishment requisitions in a timely manner Organizing and maintaining a neat, orderly storeroom, ensuring proper labeling and containment of materials Following all company safety policies and procedures Using proper PPE when required or needed Following OSHA and manufacturers recommended safety policies and procedures Keeping work are neat and clean Attending company and departmental safety meetings Assuring assigned equipment is operational, safe, and clean Checks fire extinguisher, emergency lights, and first aid kits Conducting yourself in a friendly and courteous manner at all times and provide efficient, timely, service to our guests and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Basic computer skills, Valid Driver's License, Good driving record, & obtain forklift operator's certificate within three months of hire date.
DIRECT EXPERIENCE Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Basic computer and previous work experience.
3 years driving vehicle w/ clean record.
At least 1 year of work experience.

Fumes produced in activities ranging from cleaning to painting to fabrication of metal products.
