I have a room for rent that is large (about 18 X 15) .
A little about the house: located in Carlsbad, it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath tri level house.
I use one bedroom as an office, the master bedroom is mine, there is a regular a guest room, and a "rental" guest room.
There is a large outdoor gazebo in the back with a beer fridge, TV, a large dining room table, and a large sectional couch.
This is a very nice family friendly neighborhood in the $1.

There is also a hot tub on the premises.
Wifi with a Google mesh system.
I am off of the Tamarack exit.
The rent is $500 a month with a $250 deposit.
All utilities are included.
I only rent month to month as this is San Diego County and people are in constant flux.
Also, since I have rented to a lot of military folks this means that I understand that you folks get orders and sometimes things need to move swiftly (I am the daughter of a Marine myself).
I will be doing a full background and credit check.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY AND NO PETS.
I would prefer no telecommuters; I work from home and it's nice to have the place to myself during the day.
