Looking for a female housemate to rent the master suite in a three level townhome located near Sentara RMH.
Big bedroom, full bathroom with walk in shower, and a large walk in closet Washer/dryer is included and right outside the master suite.
The townhome was built in 2022 and has all brand new finishes.
Parking is included Utilities (electric, water and internet) will be shared between housemates (about $50/month).
Kitchen and living spaces will be shared.
All three girls renting the other bedrooms are working professionals, and one is also a student at EMU.
This would be great for a grad student, travel nurse, or young professional!
