Sales Floor Associate

Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Sell a variety of products, including electronics and wireless devices - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Qualifications: - in English and Spanish preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus - Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash - Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts and sales tax, is beneficial - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Willingness to learn about new products and technologies At our company, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
