Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and monitor performance
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong background in account management and customer relationship building
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of technology sales and understanding of industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
